Relationships in general are fragile (marriages, friendships, families…). The supplier/customer relationship can be even more so because there can easily be a belief that our job is to try and take as much from each other as possible. We feel that there is a better way to approach business that believes that we can both be more successful if we trust each other enough to point our “weapons” at opportunities and not at our partners.
